Smaac Tex ERP has two types of Approval system: Shade-wise Approval and Standard Approval System.
1. Shade-wise Approval: When this approval system is activated, you can approve the WCO (Sales Order) based on shade. You don't need to approve the complete order. Instead you can only approve a particular shade.
2. Standard Approval: It is a standard approval in which you approve the complete order in a single Go.
Which type of Approval should your organisation use?
- If your company prefers to approve the complete WCO before doing any dispatch, you should opt for Standard Approval.
- If your company prefers to dispatch partial Order based on approval of a particular shade, you should opt for Shade-wise Approval
