Here, following flow chart will explains you concept of Multiple Dye Slips
Explanation :-
Problem :- In our previous system, one lot can only be loaded once which was not an issue for most of the dyeing process but there are some lots which are required to go through couple of processes like CP dyeing, Soft flow dyeing and final, neutral, towel, helium dyeing in garment dyeing.
Solution :- Since these are not the case of re-processing still they are treated as re-process so for these type of processes, we've introduced a concept of multiple dye slips. Under this one can generate multiple dye slips for a single lot. 2nd, 3rd and further more dye slips can be generated for same lot. However, it needs to be activated from machine master by an authorized user for machine, then in lot checking there will be an option available for creating 2nd dye slip from there one can create multiple slips as per requirement.
1. First you need activate 2nd-Dye-slip for the machine through open masters>machine master >dyeing machine.
2. Once 2nd-Dyeslip is activated for the machine there will be an option available for 2nd-Dye-slip creation while lot checking after unloading.
3. Lot will be available for the 2nd, 3rd, etc dyeslip creation.
