Step 1:- Open Packing List (Dispatch> Packing List).





Step 2:- Select Lot No. from Lot No. Drop-Down in Packing List and click on the Refresh button.





Step 3:- Select Fabric which you want to pack and then accordingly data will fill into lower fields.






Step 4:- Enter Gross Quantity and click on Add button.




Step 5:- After click add button item will add into the lower grid automatically




Step 6:- we can also scrap and surplus items by selecting the radio button.



Scrap Fabric :- Scrap Fabric is basically the Fabric which is rejected from any Lot. we can add scrap Fabric in our stock from packing list and then sell it to the customer.


Surplus Fabric :- Surplus Fabric is basically the Fabric which is Extra made after final Process. We also can add this Fabric into our stock from Packing list and then sell it to the customer.



Step 7:- we can also take the printout of the packing list just to click on the print button



Step 8:- You can also check the Packing list Report Lot wise(Dispatch> Reports> PackingList Report).





NOTE

  •  All the fields with Blue color are mandatory fields and fields with White color are optional in ERP.
