- No need of planning separately for Lot Opening, Dyeing, Finishing, printing etc.
- One centralised planning is used by all the departments.
- No dependency on support staff as planning is too simple. Just choose the dyeing machine, shade & quantity (from the grid).
- Take lot in dyeing planning even before receipt of actual fabrics.
- Machine loading date & time are calculated by ERP.
- All the information needed is available on single form.
- If a lot is planned before receipt of fabrics it is replaced with actual lot as soon as lot is created.
