    • Billing is automated based on WCO and possibility of billing errors are minimized.

  7. Inventory Control:

    • It makes life easier for Purchase department as Indents and PO’s can be easily tracked and status updated.

    • Purchase Order are sent to suppliers by ERP and their approvals recorded.

    • Rate List from different suppliers can be approved and no need to approve individual PO.

    • Non-Moving items can be easily identified which helps in mobilizing locked inventory.

    • Pilferage Report:

      1. Very vital for every process house. It identifies the difference in issues v/s physical stocks. Lacs of rupees every month can be saved and quality improved by monitoring this report.

      2. Issuing 30-40 items for each dyeing lot is not feasible as it adds to the cost and delays. We create process masters for different processes and with few clicks error free dyeing slip can be generated. 

    • Based on period dynamically minimum stocks can be calculated as per consumption. No need to use fixed minimum stocks

    • Items consumptions & purchases can be analyzed using strong analytical tools.
