Step 1: Ctrl+A (Select everything in the document).
Step 2: Ctrl+H (Find and replace the currency symbol with blank), and select Replace all.
Step 3: Now, Select All (Ctrl+A) remove the comma from all respective numeric fields with Ctrl+Shift+~.
